Returns & Refunds Policy

Our 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.


Non-Returnable Items

Please note that several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Perishable goods: Food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.

  • Intimate or sanitary goods.

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Gift cards.

  • Downloadable software products.

  • Certain health and personal care items.


Initiating a Return

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):

  • Books with obvious signs of use.

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records.

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.


Refunds Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund appears.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same one, please send us an email at info@healthquest.com.sg and mail your item to:

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the item is received. A gift certificate will then be mailed to you.

  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.


Shipping Returns

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
