Payments: If you use a direct payment gateway for your purchase, Shopify encrypts and stores your credit card data according to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as necessary to complete your transaction, after which it is deleted.

All direct payment gateways comply with PCI-DSS standards, a joint effort by major brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. These requirements ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Generally, the third-party providers we use will only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary for them to perform the services they provide to us.

  • _session_id: Unique, sessional token allowing Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc.).

  • _shopify_visit: No data held, persistent for 30 minutes from last visit, used by our website provider’s internal stats tracker to record visits.

  • _shopify_uniq: No data held, expires midnight (relative to visitor) of next day, counts visits to a store by a single customer.

  • cart: Unique token, persistent for 2 weeks, stores information about your cart contents.

  • _secure_session_id: Unique, sessional token.

  • storefront_digest: Unique token, indefinite. Used to determine if a visitor has access if the shop is password-protected.

  • Google Analytics (PREF): Persistent for a very short period, set by Google, tracks who visits the store and from where.

SECTION 8 – AGE OF CONSENT

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. If you are the age of majority, you also confirm that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
