HealthQuest Enterprise warrants that any Aquaphor products delivered will be free from any defects in workmanship or materials. Furthermore, the warranty provided herein applies only when used within the products specifications and service life, from the date of installation or 3 years from the date of manufacture whichever occurs first, beyond which HealthQuest is absolved of any and all liability for any use of the product. In the event of a defect or non-conformity, buyer shall promptly notify HealthQuest in writing, supplying proof-of-purchase dates, installation dates, and will protect and retain the products for investigation, or HealthQuest is absolved of any and all liability from any use of the product. There are no other warranties, either of merchantability or fitness, either expressed or implied.
AQUAPHOR Manufacturer's Warranty
The warranty period of the water purifier (excluding the replacement filter cartridge) is 1 year from the date of the sale.
If you have any claims regarding the work of the water purifier cartridge or housing, please contact the seller or manufacturer. Claims regarding the water purifiers having visible damages are not accepted.
